DROP Cigar Club has the right to refuse sale of its products to any person for any reason at any time. Your use of this website indicates your agreement with this policy and right.

In no event will we have any liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of this site or any of our products. You acknowledge and agree that your use of this site and purchase and use of any products is at your sole risk.

This site is created and maintained by DROP Cigar Club, in the State of Florida, USA. As such, the laws of the State of Florida govern these disclaimers, terms and conditions. DROP Cigar Club reserves the right to update our site or revise these terms at any time. Your use of this site indicates your agreement with our terms and conditions.

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of the United States. Florida law and controlling United States federal laws, without regard to the choice or conflicts of law provisions of any jurisdiction, will govern any action related to these Terms and Conditions. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Palm Beach County, in the State of Florida, for the resolution of all disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions and/or your use of the website.

Privacy

DROP Cigar Club will make every effort to protect your private information. Our website uses state of the art encryption in order to protect your credit card details; no one within our company has access to your password. When you visit and browse our site, we do not collect your name, email address or any other personal information unless you provide it to us.

When you create an account, we ask for your name, address, phone number, and email address, and allow you to generate a username and password. We use this information to fulfill your orders and to enable time-saving features for future purchases. We do not share this information with anyone who isn’t directly involved in your purchase. We do not, under any circumstances, sell your information to anyone.

We do not contribute to or participate in shared or cooperative databases, which give other companies access to your personal information. In the event that the winery were to be transferred, your information would transfer with the company to insure continued communication and purchase history.

For both privacy and security purposes, all transactional information communicated between customers and our website is transmitted in an encrypted format, and all credit card information is deleted from our servers immediately after card authorization. Shipping Policy

All orders with DROP Cigar Club are shipped ground within 24-48 hours. Tracking information will be provided once the order leaves our warehouse.

Adult signature (21+) is required for delivery.

Please Note: DROP Cigar Club is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Liability for all orders ends once the order is in the hands of USPS. Customers who wish to report or file a claim for their order with USPS please click here.

If you wish to place an order with insurance, we can accommodate your request for an additional fee. Please contact us to set your insurance premium up.

Returns

We are not able to offer returns/refunds on cigar sales under any circumstance. Once an order has shipped from our warehouse it cannot be cancelled or returned for any reason.

Errors and Omissions

While we make every effort to maintain this site impeccably; errors related to product description, pricing and availability may occur. We apologize for any inconvenience these errors may cause and reserve the right to correct errors and omissions without prior notice and to cancel any offered product or service in the event of an error or omission.

By subscribing to DROP Cigar Club text notifications, you agree to receive automated marketing text messages from us about our products and services at the phone number you provided when you subscribed, and that the messages may be sent via automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Message frequency is recurring. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to opt-out and HELP for customer support. You may receive an additional text message confirming your decision to opt-out. You understand and agree that attempting to opt-out by any means other than texting the opt-out commands above is not a reasonable means of opting out.

Trademarks

Trademarks, brand design, custom graphics, and photographs are protected by DROP Cigar Club. You may not replicate the logos, trademarks, photos, or any other aspect of brand design without prior written permission from an officer of This DROP Cigar Club. Any such misuse will likely be met with expulsion from our list, and legal action.
